On 10/10/24 Brookvale Elementary students and staff joined hands packing over 19k meals support families affected by the hurricane Helene. The pre-k to 1st graders cheered on stage while the 2nd-5th graders packed meals. The smiles from these students and volunteers faces proves that the joy of giving is greater than receiving!

On 9/15/24 Bridges Community Church IMPACT DAY, over 250 volunteers from Fremont community joined hands packing over 30,000 meals in under 2 hours to support families in need. Special thanks to Fremont City Mayor Lily Mei, city Councilmembers Raj Salwan, Yang Shao, and Kathy Kimberlin for coming to support the event. Shout out to Young Men Service League and to Mission San Jose High Kids Against Hunger Club for serving as core volunteers today!
